Ronald was on top of every aspect of attaining a lease for myself and my husband. We had very little time available to look at homes so he even previewed a few before we landed in Houston. Angela, it disheartens me to read your review. I was actually quite transparent with you as I showed you transcripts with other Agents. The first offer I got you was an all cash offer over your asking price. All the Buyers that put in an offer asked for updates several times. Im sorry if that made you feel rushed; however, it was my duty to bring it to your attention. On our first meeting I gave you a lot of expert advice such as not over updating your home, not buying a brand-new refrigerator/washer/dryer, and most importantly getting your home on the market immediately as the market was shifting.
