Roger is the best Realtor in Houston! In the past, i used other realtors for my furnished upscale apartment, and always struggled to rent back-to-back without time lost in between...when i started working with Roger, got the first lease signed quickly, and then he immediately published the listing for the next one. And now I have the next tenant, with a signed contract, all deposits made, two months in advance! And was able to lease for one year, which is not easy with furnished units...the power of planning ahead...I am so glad to have Roger listing my properties
