Would you consider buying a home from a Virtual Tour without touring the home in person?

Absolutely not. Virtual tours are great during this pandemic time but a buyer should lay eyes on what they are purchasing. You don\'t go purchase a car without test driving it or seeing it, so why would you purchase a home that you plan to be in for years without seeing it in personal and walking through it. When doing a virtual tour, you can\'t see all the minor defects, you can\'t see in the addict, you can\'t open the cabinets, drawers, closets, and get a feel for the home actual size as you would in person. Now if you personally know your client and know exactly what they are looking for, maybe; but I personally wouldn\'t advise that. I want my clients to see where their money is going because this is a huge investment.

How is the current health and financial crisis affected your decision of selling or buying a home this year?

This current health and financial crisis has affected everyone tremendously if the truth be told. Interest rates may be lower but the requirements are a little more strict. It\'s very difficult to sell or buy a home when people are at home and don\'t want to leave the comfort of their home due to this pandemic. I personally feel it\'s very important for people to stay safe and only get out if necessary. As for me, I will do whatever is necessary to make sure our clients is safe during the process of selling or buying a home during this pandemic. My clients wellbeing is far more important right now because this Coronavirus is very serious, my wife and I have already lost a family member and I wouldn\'t want to expose a client if its not urgent for them to sell or buy.
