Robert understood our need to get a fair price on my mom’s house as the outcome and price would help us care for her in the future. The buyer wanted a quick sale but we had to work through a court approval and Robert along with my attorney made sure everything went smoothly. Very stress free for me! Robert was also very responsive to all calls and inquiries.
