Rita was very good at communicating through the home buying process. I felt that she was dedicated to meeting our needs and concerns to the seller agent's and following through to make sure they were taken care of. She sent documents on time and was available when we wanted to see multiple showings of the house. An area of improvement I would suggest is sometimes she can be a little overbearing (sense of urgency) regarding timing of things which can make the buyer feel a little stressed. Overall, I would recommend Rita to my friends if they were looking to buy a house.
