Would recommended Richard Man to any person who is looking for a house. He was very understanding, professional and responsive. Rick helped me every step of the way to make sure I got the house I was really interested in. If It wasn't for his fast and hard working skills I wouldn't have gotten a home on the time limit I had. Rick went above and beyond the call of duty! I live in Corpus Christi so he was very helpful with scheduling movers, the housekeeper, and the drop-off/pick-up of the POD I used to store the contents of the townhouse. Rick was awesome from the start and provided exceptional service throughout the entire process. The use of technology was great, including email, texting, DocuSign, and also allowed me to perform my side of the closing in Corpus Christi. This helped me minimize my trips to and from Corpus Christi. I would recommend Rick without hesitation!! Most importantly, I now have a new friend!
