Renee was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process and did not rush me into making any decisions but instead stimulated me with questions to help my husband and I decide if it was the right home for us. She didn't want us to just buy a house, she wanted us to find the perfect home. She was great at communicating and solving any issues that arose from the builders/seller and gave me sound advice when I had many questions. Despite me telling her "no rush" or "not urgent" she followed through with all my requests with incredible timing and was always available to talk/text. Renee was great selling our last home despite several issues on our buyer's side, great helping us buy our new home several months later, and plan to use her when we're ready to sell again! I would recommend her to any family or friends needing professional, knowledgeable, reliable, and friendly support when selling/buying a home.

Renee Taylor was our realtor. I am so tremendously blessed to have found her. My fiancé and I have never owned a home, and we both liked two different types of styles. But she took our differences and helped us learn things along the road with a bright smile on her face the entire time. I feel like she’s one of a kind!!! We never felt rushed, or pressured into a home. She took her time AND took our back and forth on decisions in confidence. Never once made I’d feel like it was too much to handle. And worked with our crazy work schedules and wedding planning around finding our dream house. Many weekends spend looking at houses, and we always looked forward to them. Chris and I absolutely love our new home and neighbors, and picture raising a family in our beautiful home. And the best part! Even after closing, she went out of her way to make sure our house was closed and ready for us to move in. And help with a few small hiccups.
