I highly recommend Reginald. He had the opportunity to close quickly at full value, but convinced me to wait. I made thousands more because of his advice. Also I live in NY and he was willing to coordinate large repairs and actually spent hours on doing the work that was left over. Again, super nice guy, professional, well-informed and creative.
