Long story short, I hired a property management company to locate a tenant to lease my property. After 6 months with little activity, I reached out to Rebecca V Scullark to assist with finding a qualified tenant. In less than two weeks, she had my property leased at market value. She is responsive, explained the process in terms I could understand and is also a Marine Corps Veteran. I will definitely use her for any of my leasing needs in the future.
