After seeing a negative review about Raul on Zillow, I felt a need to write my own experience with him as a person and as my realtor. My family and I have been working with Raul since the fall of 2009, and over the last 14 years the working the relationship between us and him has evolved in professional and personal ways. Raul helped each of us on our first home purchases when we were inexperienced and naive—from navigating the complexities of home-buyer assistance programs to dealing with newbie frustrations. He was kind, patient, insightful, and above all put our long-term interests over a quick business deal. It’s these qualities that we continue to value over the past decade as each of us became experienced real estate investors. Raul has always been dependable and resourceful in helping us identify potential pitfalls in our business decisions. He is detail-oriented, down-to-earth, and has excellent command of both English and Spanish (valuable in getting intel about property and the neighborhood.)
