Raul Diaz has been serving Houston, Pasadena, Pearland and Katy residents since 2006. He is a full time realtor who knows the many changing, growing and new neighborhoods. Prior to being a Realtor, Raul purchased his first home in 1989 after seeing a street sign that said "cheaper than renting." A bungalow in the SE Loop. His second home was a large ranch style brick home in Oak Forest . The fresh new paint and new landscaping helped it sell within two weeks. His third home in Midtown did not sell very well because of the small , busy street and oddly shaped lot. The 4th home also in Midtown was a totally remodel. The growing neighborhood surrounded the house with 3 story town homes. The New Orleans Styled shotgun house was so cute that the Houston Chronicle asked to write an article about the last selling bungalow in Midtown. Made the 1st page of the Real Estate section for free!
Raul grew up in the SE part of Houston and graduated with honors from Milby High School. He attended the University of Houston Downtown to study Management and Finance. Raul worked at JPMorgan Chase for 20 years. His last position was in Technology Operations as Quality Assurance Manager over Houston, San Antonio and Rio Grand Valley.
