Rachel Rosson is by far the best realtor my husband and I have ever had. My initial contact with Rachel was just a simple call to Greenwood Reality to see if I could get some information on Ms. Rosen. I was actually put through to her phone, and she answered! We had a long conversation about my house that I wanted to list. She is a great listener and communicator. She was determined to get our confidence to list our house with her. Right up front she did her homework on our area and housing market. She is the only realtor who came prepared to talk to us. She came across as very honest and humble. Rachel showed confidence and fantastic marketing skills to sell our house for the best price and shortness time. We knew on day one that we found a jewel of a realtor. We trusted her!! Having Rachel take over the sale of our house allowed us to relax and start enjoying our new home. She communicated with us often and did an awesome job at negotiating with the new buyers. We had an wonderful experience with Rachel from the initial phone contact, contract, and closing.
I think for me, that sold me on Rachel is that she personally took my phone call.
