We were extremely pleased with Ponni's overall knowledge, her patience and attitude in showing us so many homes. Mrs. Ponnammal Sivaraman has truly been a God send for us. We met her when our search was going no where. She was able to throw some perspective and cleared some clutter for us to think straight. She has vast real estate knowledge in the city of Houston and suburban communities, helped many families like us who were buying their first home. Above all she is extremely flexible, strong negotiator and gets it done. She even helped us with furniture shopping, mortgage, inspection and all other aspects. She still follows up even 2 weeks after closing to make sure we are doing good. We were very fortunate to meet her and this home purchase would not have been possible with out her guidance. There were many times things were getting bit dicey whether it was mortgage or inspection or negotiation. Ponnamal provided necessary calmness, experience and guidance to get through those phases and eventually have a smooth closing. I cannot thank Ponnamal enough for everything she did for us. These are difficult times with Covid and other uncertainties. However Ponnamal was always there with us in person in each and every step to guide us and ensure it went smooth. Thanks, Madam!
