Petra found my dream home I had a thought one random weekend to see what the condo life might be like on Lake Conroe I browsed a listing on Zillow and was linked up with Petra who met me the next morning to show me the condo and a few others she had selected that were similar As a first time home buyer Petra explained the ins and outs of the entire process as I had no clue what to expect She was never pushy and was always patient She was informative and helpful She ended up finding the condo of my dreams and I went by the next week saw it in person and fell in love I made the offer with Petra s guidance as I didn t want to offer too little or too much The inspection report found a couple of concerns that included some electrical issues Petra had a recommendation for an electrician who was out the next day provided a quote which was presented to the sellers and worked into the deal Petra was always looking out for my best interest She knows Lake Conroe extremely well and will forever be my go-to person for all things Lake Conroe I highly recommend Petra Oliver
