Before a friend referred me to her realtor named Pearl, I was at the point of giving up with my search for a rental property because I could not find the right home. During the time I was active duty aboard the USS George H.W. Bush, I gave my agent power of attorney to help me buy my first home. She was on top of her game and delivered excellent customer service. Even though initially I had no system access on the ship, she still managed to get me to forward the necessary documents, such as paystubs, so she could get loan documents signed.
