Norman and Felicity helped us get our dream house under very challenging circumstances. We were doing a corporate relocation, and our primary home was not under contract yet when we found the house we wanted. Norman and Felicity submitted a contingent offer for us, and although our primary home didn't go under contract for almost a month longer, they worked closely with the seller's agent to keep them comfortable with the fact that we would be able to sell our home and close on time. And that we did. So thankful for their services; they are always available and willing to do whatever it takes to close a deal! We have worked with Norman and Felicity in the past and wouldn't use anyone else!
