Nick Panzarella is a native Houstonian and Italian dual-citizen living in Montrose. He has experience managing his family's portfolio of residential and commercial properties including offices, land, mobile home parks, and single family homes. He's a member of the Urban Land Institute, the Congress for the New Urbanism, Preservation Houston, the Rice Design Alliance, and the Italian Cultural and Community Center.
