Since the very first meeting there weren’t any doubts to hire Natalia as our realtor. She impressed us because she highly demonstrated an understanding our needs and was very attentive to our preferences including our work schedule and fast changing plans. She was able to negotiate and manage the process with third parties in perfectly efficient way, it was important part in our home buying process because we met the time frame and thanks to Natalie and her team we succeed before dead line.
On the way of choosing our house we became to more understanding what exactly we want to buy and Natalia kept our focus and helped us to feel confident and brought us to the next level of comprehension of house purpose. It affected on the main factors which we found as significant such as location, amenities, configuration, features, neighbours, nature. Based on that we were able to make a choice and decision.
