The experience with my Realtor was no less than perfect.
Naquay stood by us through the entire process. She worked with me night and day to make sure we found a house that was perfect for my family and I. All this in less than a month's time from picking the house to closing. Not to mention I was in and out of state so she worked double time for me.
Naquay's communication and honesty were key in the purchasing of our home. She made sure to look and comb through every detail so that we knew exactly what each house had, needed, and also brought to the table. This purchase for us would have otherwise been so difficult if it wasn't for Naquay digging deep and making sure that nothing was lost in translation. Because of her, it was smooth and the closing flew by and my family and I had a house before we even realized it.
She has an amazing personality, is extremely patient, and brought a level of professionalism that was just out of this world.

We were purchasing a home 2200 miles from where we currently live. Naquay worked hard with our timelines of when we would be in town. With a fast-paced market, she had homes lined up and showed probably 15 houses in 2 days. Once we found the home we wanted, she got the offer right in. From there, she was there every step of the way. Not really knowing what we were doing, she made sure we had access to the resources we needed to move through the home buying steps. She even answered questions about where to find things in the new city. She checked in often and was so quick on all the communications from the title company.
