Hello!! There are a lot of landlords that accept vouchers. If you are in Houston, you may want to contact the Houston Housing Authority and find out if they have a list of landlords that have available homes for you... that is a good start and you can look on the MLS and find out through your agent if they accept the voucher. If you need assistance, call me or text me (faster) and I can guide you through it.
We (Realtors) are responsible to update the MLS system; however, when builders are somewhat in control of updating the system, their reps don\'t always update in a timely manner as we are suppose to update within 3 days of closing. In addition, it may be that there are more than one home identical and with their inventory, and many reps working with the builder it can take a little more time to update the system. This is not an excuse, but what I\'ve noticed as opposed to the process of a resale home and will happen when the market is busy and homes are selling a lot.
Hello,\n\nThat is a loaded questions, meaning you would need to narrow it down a bit. Depending on what your client has to spend and what rate of return is expected in the end you can direct them but there are other factors as well that need to be discussed with your client... such as, are they wanting to flip, rent, add to their portfolio commercial, residential or larger projects? Are they going to be involved and what time frame are they expecting their return? \n\nSo, as you can see I wish it was that easy to steer you in a direction but you will need to have more information before you can get better help. \n\nGood luck and research definitely will help.
