I am so thrilled at how much Molly cared about the selling process for my house. I caught the tail end of the selling boom, but Molly and I had discussed a good, realistic price for the house from the get-go. While everyone else around my house was having to lower their prices to meet appraisal, mine sold right on the money. She worked with me every step of the way through the process, and patiently explained everything to me. (I ask a LOT of questions, so that is a Big Deal.) She also helped me understand buyer motivation, and what to spend my time on when she did the initial walk-through before listing. I cannot recommend her enough - she is awesome, and her understanding of the market is incredible.
