Michelle, Natascha and Rick are just the best team ever They know the market really well. They have all the state of the art equipment and processes to effectively market and sell the house. They held regular open houses and followed up diligently with all potential buyers. They were always on top of every step of the process, whether it was the contract signing, reviewing the terms of the contract with us, or the timeline from start to finish. Their communication was beyond extraordinary and they were always talking to the agents, inspectors, contractors, etc to stay on top of the house sale process. They went out of their way to do everything they could to get my house sold.
