Mrs. Mary Key was absolutely fabulous during the property buying process. This was my husband & I's first time buying and we felt so welcomed and important. She was very detailed in explaining every step of each stage in the property buying process. It was a huge sigh of relief to know we were working with such a wonderful and honest Realtor. Chris and I will always be thankful to have worked with such a fair, honest, caring woman. I really enjoyed the fact that she stayed in touch with us along the way, or just called to see how things are going and if we had any questions. It was nice to call leave a message and get a return phone call the same day. Mrs. Mary truly made us feel like family during this process. We would highly recommend Mrs. Mary to family and friends who are thinking about purchasing a home or land. =)

Seemed paranoid, didnt want to disclose buyers name, rushing the deal gave me the impression of a scam to sell the property to someone i had already told her i wouldnt sell to.,,

Agent Comment:
Seller failed to mention in his comments that there was 2 offers at the sametime, both had Buyer's Agent and he had the offers for about 14 days before any responce was given. I did not talk or even know the buyers, only their agents. Both offers had buyer's name on them.
I am quite sad the seller thought I was paranoid, especially since
both offers were written by Buyer's Agents and he had plenty of time to read over or not even accept the offers.
