We had the pleasure of working with Mary Feece for the purchase of our last 3 homes. There is no question as to why i keep using her. She is professional, trustworthy, hardworking, and will do whatever she needs to help you achieve your goals. Whether that is showing you 50 homes, or staying up until 11 at night to ensure you get your offer in as soon as possible. She is a 10/10 and i reccommend her to everyone i know. At the end of our first phone call, Mary had a clear idea of what we were looking for and we had a clear idea of what she would do to help us find the right property. Because we are out of state, we provided an initial list of properties we found interesting and she was able to e-mail us additional documentation so that we could narrow down the list to ones we were interested in looking at in person. This was more than I could have hoped for in one phone call. Super Service at first contact!
Mary was able to plot out a buyers tour that allowed us to see the most properties possible in one day. She had talked to the listing agents in advance and was able to answer the questions we had about each property. She stayed on top of what we liked or didn't like about each property. We only had one day to look so it was a pretty jam packed day.
Mary attended inspections with us and also managed f/up inspections for repair estimate and additional information when we were unable to attend. We would never have been able to make this purchase without her assistance.
