Mr. Griner and his assistant Ania, were excellent to work with on the sale of the house. They continued to address issues that would inevitably present themselves in any real estate transaction. We had issues with showing agents leaving doors unlocked, etc., and Marc and Ania handled those, even on weekends and holidays, with tactful concern. The sale from listing to closing occurred in an amazingly quick frame, even with repairs and additional negotiated demands via the buyers. Many thanks to Marc, Ania, the title company, and all of those supporting this residential sale. Highly recommend the professional and personable staff involved. Thanks guys
