I had worked with Lauren and her team twice previously to purchase homes. The experience was so amazing I never considered anyone else when it came time to sell my home. While my previous experience was exceptional, I never imagined it could get even better. Lauren's team works so well together, I would hire every one of them were I to start a new business regardless of what that business would be. It is so rare to meet someone working in a profession with such inherent purpose; We got to experience that with Lauren Ashley as she was selling our home. I could tell you that she made everything clear and concise; she used metrics and her knowledge of the market to price our house. But mostly she, and her team just made the whole process effortless on our end. We were never left scratching our heads or gritting our teeth. Lauren is wonderful to work with. I was nervous about selling my home. Lauren Ashley was very "matter of fact" on exactly what I needed to do to get the highest offer possible. She has excellent referrals for maintenance that needed to be done to acquire my goals.
Her entire team guided me along the way with all my questions and concerns and staged my home. I was able to get 3 full price offers in the first 6 days on market and closed very quickly.
She was able to get me into affordable temporary housing until my new place is ready.
I did meet with other realtors before her, however I am so happy I took the time to meet with her, she was the last person I interviewed. She was also a referral from a trusted acquaintance.
