My wife and I worked with Alicia and her team to sell our house in Rosharon When we first met her we were hesitant with going traditional selling and was starting a contact with Open-door However after talking with Alicia about the local market and what to expect for her and her team She came armed with stats about time on market related to sales price what we could expect to make if we sold with her With all that information we took her advice and made a minor change to her suggested sells price more gut feeling on our part I will say we weren t let down and couldn t be happier After we singed a contact with her she warned my wife and I that she moves fast and furious and she wasn t kidding After a few days she came and staged our home and scheduled an open house Before we were live on market I agreed to a viewing and because of that we received our first offer when the listing was live Due to some complications we rejected the offer and changed the game for Alicia Alicia took our change as a challenge and found us a new buyer within days We accepted the offer and entered into contract 4 days after we listed and went live If you are looking for a highly professional team of realtors that respond to changes and keeps communication open offers sound and solid advice when you need it and can set you up with professionals for needed repairs Alicia and her team are your best bet and we couldn t be happier that we abandoned OpenDoor and went with her
