Mr. Kapil Milltal is a very knowledgable realtor. It's clear he loves what he does. The amount of insight he has not only in the specific property we were looking at but the area and why which areas would go up in market. He certainly spends a lot of time studying the market.
He was very open and honest in his communication from day 1. There were properties that were more expensive, but he advised me to not go for them as they were not meeting my long term goals.
Additionally he took care of all the logistics from start to finish. I was buying a property from a remote state and he walked me through all steps and helped me get connected with the bank and the right people there to make the loan process very smooth.
I really appreciate his help and would highly recommend his work. If you are local or remote, you should certain work with Mr Mittal and he would ensure you get in to the property that you would love.
