With my investment properties, it is crucial that the
turnaround time between tenants is as short as
possible. I can always count on Jzessika to create listings with professional photos of my properties and post the quality listing on MLS system and as many websites as possible. As the listing agent for my rental properties, she has been very thorough with the tenants screening process which is one of the most important things in real estate investment business. She kept me updated and guided me along the process. Always available and answer all of my questions. Within the first few days after she posted my house on different sites, we received a lot of inquiries. My house was shown several times a day every single day until it went under contract.
