I love helping people. It was only natural to help them in finding there new home. Born in Houston and raised in sugar land I've seen Houston grow exponentially. I'm also familiar with Southeast Houston as I studied at San Jacinto College.

There is no real representation for the buyer and seller in an Intermediary. Best way I describe it to the parties involved since you cannot negotiate on either side
contributions will be signed on your buyer rep sheet, and have to be approved by your broker as its submitted via CDA, and first i would see how much you can actually contribute to them as there are limits restrictions depending on the buyers financing. As for your tax liability, if it is taken from your commission at closing then you are only responsible on taxes on what you actually received.
honestly it depends. Depends on your needs, home market condition, financing etc. If it makes sense yes of course submit and offer but always perform due diligence with your agent and your own.
Well run school, great check in process and very involved with the students
