I started my own Brokerage in 2015 with the goal of coaching new agents to provide a higher level of customer service and gain the knowledge not taught in the classroom. Read my reviews from actual clients to get a sense of my work ethic. I am accessible to my clients and believe communication is a very important part of the transaction. As a Realtor I know you have to be creative to find a house for your buyers. I have sold homes that were not even on the market. I network with other Realtors and stay aware of what is headed to the market. I watch the new property listings closely and will let you know if the dream house you are searching for just listed. I started my career listing and staging homes. My background in a creative field helps me visualize a house looking it's best...and I know how to get it show ready.
I earned by Brokers license in 2011 and try to be always learning something new. Beyond just selling homes, I put people together: the right lender with the difficult loan situation; the contractor that can take the ugly duckling house and make it fabulous; or the inspector that will give my client peace of mind with the purchase. I believe that having a team of experts to call on is a big part of my job. I consider myself tenacious and detail oriented. Buying or selling a house is a very stressful event and it's my job to make it as smooth as possible.

I just helped a client that was looking for an over 55 active community. We went to Towne Lake in Cypress, Del Webb Saltgrass in Richmond, and Del Webb in The Woodlands. We also visited another new community near the Woodlands. Del Webb communities BY FAR were the most appealing. They have incredible facilities, the floor plans are developed for aging in place and accessibility and it was affordable. My clients love it. They have made friends in the neighborhood and seem to be having the time of their live.
I just dove into the over 55 active communities in Houston. All of the communities we visited were in the suburbs. At first I did not understand why anyone would want to live with people that were the same age. How boring! But I took my clients to the new Del Webb community in the Woodlands and was sold. Its like a resort with so much to do that fits the active retiree lifestyle. I get it now.
Generally the older complexes will have that configuration. I currently manage a unit in Westchase built in 1968 that does not have individual meters. Generally the monthly condo fees will be very high if utilities are included.
