I would personally find a lender that helps with this. I know a lender that even reimburses the cost of credit repair to the client upon closing. His name is Gary Warstler. Look him up! :)
The ratings for 2022-2023 have not yet been released. 100 Texas school districts (most likely ones receiving F ratings) are suing the TEA.
