I purchased a property in the Weston Lakes community several years ago in part because the agent representing the seller showed a tremendous amount of knowledge about the area and the house being sold. Several years later, my job duties moved me away from that area – and when it was time to put my house on the market, I did not think twice and hired the same agent to represent me.
