I would give JoAnne and her team six stars if I could From the start of the process over nine months ago to the day of closing, they were more than helpful, communicative, responsive, understanding and extremely professional JoAnne s reputational status, phenomenal relationship development with other realtors and almost other-worldly ability to understand client requirements together with her extraordinary negotiating skills meant that we were able to maximize the value of our estate-sized property, find a quality, well-located downsize property and dovetail the transactions so that we could seamlessly move out of one and into the other. She even negotiated a 2-day leaseback so that we could tie up loose ends at the big house . In summary, JoAnne and every member of her team were outstanding, and a pleasure to deal with at every step of the long and sometimes arduous process. I would highly recommend them to anyone.
