Decent? Highly doubtful. I spent a painstaking amount of time calling around multiple complexes, for a client with a broken lease, and without hesitation it was a \"No!\". Usually it takes about 2+ years before complexes will start to consider you again, and that lease account would need to be have a $0 balance. If that\'s not your current case, I would say you might want to try Craigslist or even contact an agency that specializes with broken leases to assist you in your search (life happens, I completely understand!). Also any and all complexes are going to run a background/ credit and that broken lease will show up. Their systems kick back an immediate denial. Another avenue is to sublease from an owner, and offer to pay more deposit to show good faith!
