Jessica s knowledge, expertise, and professionalism is too immeasurable to put into words but I will try From start to finish we were in awe of her dedication. She went above beyond marketing our old house, landing us offers before we even started showings She made SURE we sold our home quickly so we didn t miss out on our new home that was perfect for our family. We were certain we weren t going to find all of our wants needs in a home in our price range. We greatly underestimated her negotiation skills She fought for us every step of the way and managed to get us the perfect home. The entire process was effortless thanks to her. She stayed on top of title and lender making sure every detail was without error. Even after everything was signed she assisted us with making sure we had movers, someone to help us set up utilities, bringing things to our attention that we would have missed. She made sure our home was PERFECTLY move in ready and stayed on top of progress of blue tape. My job offers very little free time during the day she kept me organized and was on top of all communication with builders, sellers, title, lender, surveyor, etc We are blown away that she can maintain such grace and competence doing everything she did for us KNOWING she was helping many other clients simultaneously We are so grateful that we had the honor of having her as our realtor.
