Jessica was by far the best Realtor we could have asked for. Always attentive and helping with any issues that we had. And did we have some issues with our sellers. Negotiating up until the last week to get things done do to the sellers dishonesty. She even helped us move from our previous house. When/if the time comes we will definitely be using her again.

Jessica Eblen was phenomenal in her tenacity to get our house sold. There were some very tricky issues due to our tax lien, two mortgages that were in default, and the ongoing divorce between me and my ex-husband. She remained calm and dedicated throughout the entire process, never giving up until the job was done. I cannot thank her enough for never giving up. She is young, but that is a plus in today's market, because she had the most handy and up-to-date tools to make things go as smoothly as possible. Jessica was great with responing to my questions and guiding us throughout the process of obtaining out new home. She really went above and beyond the call of duty. Our family's house burnt down and we were in need of a temporary place to stay while we had our new home being built. Let me tell you short term leases are extremely hard to come by in Fall Creek. Jessica called every rental property available in the area that our kids attend school in and found someone that would except us on a six month lease term..she is an extremely hard worker, who puts her clients first. I would recommend her to all my friends and family. Truly a rare find of a real estate agent.
