Jenine immigrated to Houston from the Philippines in 2011 and finished her dual bachelor's studies in Finance and Entrepreneurship at the University of Houston in 2016. Jenine loves to dance, sing, and spend time with her family in her free time.

Yes! As long as the property is cash flowing and you have the guidance of your lender if you're going the financing route. I do have an investment property list and be more than happy to share it with you. I do agree with another comment here regarding off market properties (drive for dollars etc.) if you want those, a great tool that's not much for a monthly subscription is Propstream or you can use Remine).I myself am a baby investor and going on my rental investment #2 with zero down for a regular conventional loan. No need to financially qualify other than to have a good credit score. Can share with you the lender as well if needed. Markets are volatile however it has an upward pattern over years. That's why people say best time to invest is 10 years ago and next best time is now.Make sure to check your opportunity cost too! So always compare the return for a potential property vs other potential investments you may have (ie Roth, stocks/bonds, businesses, mutual funds etc)Happy to help!

First, write down the property's MLS number, you'll need this > Head over inside HAR's Matrix portal > Click one of the tabs "ADD/EDIT" > Under Input box, click "ADD NEW" > Select "RENTAL ADD/EDIT" > click "Copy from Existing Listing" on one of the tabs > input the MLS# of your current listing you want to create a lease listing on in the "MLS Number from which to fill" box > click "FILL FORM" Lastly, for your active for sale listing, change status to terminated.
