Jane was a huge asset in the selling of our home. She was very knowledgeable about the market in our area and helped us price our home competitively and sell for the price we wanted. Her eye for detail made sure our home was ready for showing and kept us constantly informed about the selling process. The use of a Showing app was nice so we knew when potential buyers would be in the home. We had moved out of the house while the home was on the market, and we were grateful that Jane could open and close the house for the showings. We were in daily contact with Jane and once we received offers on the home, her advice and updates on the process were invaluable. We will highly recommend anyone wanting to buy or sell a house.
