Jackie was so helpful during the entire process. We were out of state for the initial home search and didn't have a very clear idea of what type of home we wanted. Jackie went above and beyond, providing us with all different types of homes in several different locations, to help us narrow it down. She was extremely attentive and accomodating of all of our requests. We will certainly recommend Jackie to friends and family!

The sell of the house took a lot longer than we thought but none of that was on Scott or the Connell Team. We had issues to address at the house that took a lot of time. But Scott was with me every step of the way and went above and beyond on more than one occasion. He kept me informed with everything that was going on and things I needed to be mindful of. I always felt like Scott had my best interest at heart and never once pushed for me to just settle. I could not have done it without him.

Jackie Horton was awesome throughout. I mean is there a better real estate agent in Houston?? Doubtful. She answered all of my texts, calls & emails quick. Any issues, concerns & questions she got to the answer quick. Everything was as she said it would be and she never left me hanging. I sound like a relative of Jackie's, I'm not. It's refreshing to find someone who cares/d so much during the process to make it as seemless to get to closing as she did. Thank you!

Tracie, with The Connell Team, was amazing. We had an opportunity come up at 5 pm on a Friday that gave us 3 days to up and move. Tracie was ready Saturday morning with a plan to help us sell and found us a rental within our deadline. She's our superhero who helped in every way she could from helping us get ready to show, to juggling multiple offers. I simply cannot recommend her and The Connell Team enough! 10/10
