This property was hard to sell because it had flooded after Haarvey water releases and also because it was a condo ownership, most lenders were not willing to give loans. Indu did not give up and encouraged me not to give up; said she would get that property sold no matter what it took. She kept on top of the sales of other units in the same complex and gave me her opinion as to what my next step should be.
