We have moved numerous times and without a doubt the services provided by Mr. Huy Dinh and his team were outstanding in every regard. Between the time we first talked on the phone and our first in person meeting, Huy had thoroughly researched our area and developed an initial set of homes for comparison and value. His team provided outstanding support in so many ways from staging the home to having an extensive network of service people to do minor repairs and specialized packing. All of this made the selling of our home non-stressful. Throughout the process Huy provided routine updates. If we had a question, he was always available, and his experience was evident in his answers and responses. He always accommodated our schedule and needs when scheduling showings. We certainly found Huy to be most trustworthy and were very comfortable leaving our home in his custody when we were out of town. All open houses were conducted with his presence or his associate. During the sales negotiations Huy was outstanding in his leadership, knowledge and skills resulting in a sale price we were very happy with. He routinely kept us apprised of all aspects of the sales process, provided details of the documents, and followed through to ensure a timely closing.
