This is our first rental and we were not very confident about how long it would take and how much we can ask for. Gris and her team supported us at every step. Gris viewed the house and made recommendations for readying it for the market. We followed Gris's advice. Gris researched the market and made a recommendation on the price. We thought it was high, but we trusted Gris. The next steps went faster than we thought possible… Gris accessorized the house on Monday, arranged for the photographs on Tuesday, and the house went on the market on Friday. After open house on Saturday and Sunday, the house was rented at the asking price! This was a new experience for us. Gris and her team made it a pleasant and a successful experience!
