Our home finding experience with Gayathri was really great. Gayathri understood the specific requirements we had for our home search and has taken it like her personal home search and provided valuable recommendations and suggestions. Showed her commitment and was more patient when our requirement changes and provided all the alternate recommendations suitable for us. Never pushed her suggestions on us. Her network for all the support services such as inspection, lenders and repair works was awesome where we could get high-quality and economical services. The way she was interfacing with the seller, sellers agents, mortgage companies, and support services made our part of work much simpler and easier in every step of the process which makes any buyer feeling relaxed. Gayathri did a great job with the listing - despite listing at the highest dollar per square foot, we had a cash buyer quickly and closed within a month. Gayathri quickly understands the real value of the potential listing and goes all out highlighting the great features of the property, having open houses, marketing the property on her own social media channels and quickly communicating with potential buyers as well as me to get the listing to close as soon as possible.
