Francis was beyond amazing to work with. She was very responsive, knowledgeable, honest, and friendly. She made the process so easy and left us feeling at ease with our decision to move forward. I would highly recommend her when it comes to any residential needs. Francis is too notch in my opinion, which is beyond important when considering such important financial decisions. We were making a life changing relocation from CA to TX and Frances helped me understand the areas where I should search and helped me be as efficient as possible when visiting to scout the area and prospective homes. Additionally, she knew about a creative strategy to help us be more competitive and give us options for where we would ultimately want to live, a strategy that I've told many others about since and that none had knew about and were surprised by the benefits. We would recommend Frances Wells without any hesitation. Her knowledge, personality and ability to deal with different family members on the sale of properties in an estate was a pleasure to witness. She had to answer various questions multiple times to different members of the family. She did a very good job of keeping us informed and prepared for the process of the sales and closings on all of the properties. All of the properties were located in the Fort Worth, TX area.

This situation called for someone very professional, and at the same time very sensitive to our situation. Francis was a great balance . Francis was very personable and professional.. She had other clients but always made us feel like we were most important. We felt like she had our best interests at heart before and after the sale. Easy to work with and enjoyable to be around.
