I had the pleasure of working with Elizabeth during the purchase of 2 houses in the Houston area, proving assistance along the entire acquisition process including home delivery inspections and now renting one of these houses. Elizabeth followed up and was concerned about why this newly built home was on the market for around 4 months with a management company and not getting rented. She offered her assistance immediately I canceled the contract with the previous management company and believe it or not it only took 1 week maybe less for Elizabeth to rent the house. Being a local resident she has ample knowledge of the market, excellent communicator keeping you diligently informed throughout the entire process and extremely competent in real estate. She can deliver going above and beyond to ensure her clients best interests are always resolved.
