The best place to find foreclosure properties are the county property foreclosure sales.\nCounty’s have sales every now and then from properties that owners are delinquent in taxes and unable to pay their taxes, \nThe county Forclosure’s are from homeowners who’s taxes are not have paid or a homeowner died without heirs, their properties becomes a county property.\nThe county host public Auction sells to recover their unpaid taxi money.\nYou can go to county website to register to become a member to purchase property. \nYou have to register first and the cost is seven dollars monthly because you cannot go directly to the Harris County without the middleman. \nAfter your registration they will send you a code that code will enable you to be fully registered.\nWhen you have become a member you will then you enter to bid for property. when you are bidding, you will make sure you have your either cash, online payment ready to pay, approval from your lender or proof fund and must make a deposit when win a property. \nAfter you finish your payment you won, you have 3 to 6 weeks to receive your property deed and on the deed there’s a clause stating that the owner of the property may come to reclaim their property within two years and after two years if didn’t show up, property becomes fully yours.\nI hope this answers your question.\n

Secondary membership describes who hold membership in an association other than their primary association. \nThe only distinction between primary membership and secondary membership is that the dues collected in the member\'s primary \nassociation include the NAR portion of dues which\'s paid monthly or annually depending the fee structure.\nAnother way to look the difference between primary and secondry is, an association is formed by a group of individuals who are the primary members, \n then those primary member recruits additional members for membership fee therefore, those fee paying members becomes the secondary membership.
