You would click "Agents" at the top of your screen, then "Real Estate Agents" from the drop down, then type in your name. Here is the link for your convenience " https://www.har.com/realestatepro ." You can edit your profile appearance in your member portal. I love the "Client Experience Rating" because it helps new buyers feel confident going into a negotiation when they can see how you have performed with others in the past. If you are looking to find your personal or a client's past purchases of real property, you can visit their corresponding county clerks office or website and use the appropriate field searches.Hope this helps!
The term " good school district " is suggestive. There are tools available for you to research school ratings and test scores like https://www.har.com/school . You can use this, along with filters, to help you and your agent find areas that have favorable schools. Rezoning of schools and streets are constantly happening so you will have to contact the school once you find a home to verify that your new home is indeed zoned to that particular school. Har.com does not have a Section 8 filter option in the search menu, so it may be very helpful for you to hire a Realtor to help with your search. Our system does allow us to select homes with landlords that welcome Section 8 vouchers. Hope this helps.
Contact your a Broker and provide them with all signed agreements, emails, text messages, the purchased property information, and other agents Broker information. The Broker will then need to contact the other broker to try and remedy the issue, after all, all of your clients are technically your Broker's clients. The Broker will need to verify that there was not another Representation agreement signed prior to yours and any other pertinent information.
