Duncan was amazing in helping us find and close our new home. He gave us a tour of the place and kept an open flow of communication throughout the entire process. He is highly knowledgeable about the market and other real estate programs that helped us. He was prompt when providing information during the negotiation process and also provided insight into how the negotiation process work. He went above and beyond to help us find the perfect house, and When we were about to close, he helped us lower the home s price two times. I was very impressed.
