Diane was excellent at understanding and anticipating our needs. We saw houses with the key features we listed and she helped us stay open-minded to items that could be changed so we got a great deal on the house we wanted. She even anticipated our child's needs and brought us a snack pack for each day of viewings. She is thoughtful, communicatie and personable and made herself available as needed.
